Will You Let Him Touch You?

Jesus came to Jacob’s well. He spoke to the woman who came out and touched her heart. As a result, the whole city came to see this man “who told me my life.

Jesus touched the woman at the well at a personal level. He spoke into her life and released a testimony in her life. That testimony touched the city where she dwelt and cause the city to come seeking the one who gave her the testimony. The city came out and caused the Lord to tarry there many days.

“Will you allow Jesus to touch you? Will you allow Him to tell you your life? Will you allow yourself to be changed by His touch? What is your testimony? Have you allowed it to touch others? Is your hunger such that it will cause the Lord to tarry, or better yet, to dwell in your midst?

That is His desire, to touch you and in the touching to change you. To stir up your passion until you can’t help but tell everyone about the lover of your soul. No, not with words, for words are cheap, but with your life, how you walk, live, love and speak. Allow the Lord to touch you today, and then touch others with His love.

About hisfool

I am a pilgrim on a journey, one which I pray leads to the day when I stand before the throne of God and hear "Well Done!" Along the way I have encountered good times and bad, been wounded and healed, fallen only to rise again. It does not make me any better, but perhaps, it makes me a little wiser and I pray a little more compassionate.
